In short

This website sets no cookies, uses no tracking or analytics and loads no content from third-party servers. Fonts and images are hosted on our own server. Videos and external sites are only linked; a connection to their providers is made only when you click the link.

Server log files

When you visit the website, the web server processes technically necessary data: IP address, date and time, page requested, amount of data, referrer and browser identifier. This serves secure operation and troubleshooting (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Log files are deleted automatically after a short time and are not combined with other data. The website is technically managed by Stone & Water, Dominic Steiner, Schöppingen, acting as a processor.

Contact by email, phone or messenger

If you write to us or call us, we process your details to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, issue a donation receipt (Art. 6(1)(b), (c) and (f) GDPR). If you use WhatsApp, Telegram or Signal, the provider's privacy policy also applies. As Hermann Schulze Herking lives in Togo, messages to him may be received and handled there.

Donations and receipts

For donation receipts we store name, address, amount and date of the donation for the statutory retention periods (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR in conjunction with § 50 EStDV and § 147 AO).

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Simply contact us. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, for example the data protection commissioner of North Rhine-Westphalia.
